Welcome to Pose & Purpose. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

(a) We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and service users.

(b) In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pose & Purpose.

2.1. Types of classes:

Our services include, but are not limited to, in-person and online yoga classes, corporate classes, workshops, retreats.

2.2. In-person classes:

If you booked a class but can no longer attend, you must email hello@poseandpurpose.com to cancel the class. You must cancel 6 hours prior to the class start time to get a refund.

2.3. Live-streamed, online and recorded classes:

By participating in our live-streamed and recorded yoga classes you understand that the teacher will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from your use of this service. You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is risk of accident or injury. The teacher will not be able to give physical adjustments or personal feedback during the class. You must not practise to the extent of strain or pain. Ensure that you practise in a suitably sized space with no risk of harm.

2.4. Live-streamed and online classes disclaimer:

The access details for live stream classes are intended for use by the recipient only. Purchased online classes must not be recorded, downloaded or shared with anyone else.

2.5. Right to refuse:

We reserve the right to dismiss you from using our services at any time. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you wish to participate with prior knowledge of negative or impactful health conditions, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before attending class. 

2.6. Payment of Classes:

All payments for classes must be pre-paid. Payment must be made in full before participating in any of our services. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.

3.1. We reserve the right to cancel any of our services at any time for any reason. If we cancel a service, we will issue a full refund to any participants who have paid for that service.

3.2. If you need to cancel your participation in a service, you must do so at least 4 hours in advance to receive a full refund. To cancel your participation contact hello@poseandpurpose.com. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

3.3. During exceptional circumstances determined by us, refunds will be considered on an individual and fair basis.

4.1. Your safety is our top priority. We encourage all participants to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. By participating in our services, you acknowledge that you are physically and mentally fit to do so and assume all risks associated with such participation.

4.2. While we believe that our Service can be beneficial in many ways, it is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any medical condition, to ascertain the state of your health, or to be used as a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a health professional for advice on any injuries, conditions or illness.

4.3. You are responsible for following all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor and for informing the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or allergies that may affect your participation.

4.4. Don’t push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice.

5.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

6.1. We are commited to protecting and respecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
