Classes
My classes are perfect for everyone and every type of body. Whether you are a yoga newbie or a pro, super flexible or a little far from your toes, I’m confident you will find my classes an opportunity to challenge yourself, develop and grow. My classes start with breathwork and meditation to settle us into the space and help us arrive on the mat. I intentionally weave mindfulness throughout the class, shifting focus to different body parts and synchronising our breath with movement to reach a state of moving meditation whilst we flow through sequences focused on strength and mobility.

Vinyasa flow

I offer a wide range of classes from gentle styles like Yin and Restorative yoga to more dynamic Vinyasa flows. My classes are open-level and are accessible to all. I work closely to tailor my 1:1 classes to your needs. If you are working on specific goals or skills, recovering from an injury or are seeking a supportive environment to guide you through your yoga journey, I am here to help! The focus will be on you and your goals, with customised practices and adjustments so I can help you progress with your physical asana and deepen your connection to the practice.

Gym Yoga Classes
Find me at Hitio Gym in Hoxton every Wednesday at 20.00-20.45 for a gentle beginners yoga flow. I believe yoga is the perfect partner to the gym, and that there aren't many better exercises for recovery, flexibility, core strength and mind relaxation. By joining me in my classes I hope you can also experience these benefits and improve your health and wellbeing.

Practising yoga is an act of coming home to your body, and a curiosity for self enquiry, that we can hopefully take off the mat with us. Every flow is different and will challenge your body in different ways. Flows are a balance of strength and release, and when practised regularly, will help you harness the power of effort (sthira) and ease (sukha). I hope to see you soon and help you explore your own mindful movement.
